Methylation Master
An advanced course for health professionals to learn how nutrigenetics and nutrigenomics impact methylation, and apply this knowledge in clinical practice. Methylation – the transfer of methyl groups from one molecule to another, plays key roles in regulating gene expression, cellular differentiation and repair, detoxification, neurotransmitter synthesis, hormone regulation, immunity, energy production, cardiovascular function, and ageing. Methylation disruptions can have far-reaching consequences, and identifying methylation imbalances is a key skill for any nutritional therapist or functional medicine practitioner. The Methylation Master course is ideal for practitioners who have completed the Lifecode Gx® Nutrigenomics Practitioner Programme (NPP).
